Shipping to other locales may be arranged at time of sale, for an additional cost to be determined at that time. We ship in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving payment.

  • Return Policy
  • In-stock amplifiers may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. A 15% (of full purchase price) re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Customer pays return shipping/insurance charges. All "Special Order" items are NON-RETURNABLE. We will try our hardest to help you choose the products that best suit your needs. We want you to love the gear you buy from us. Unless specified otherwise, all in-stock guitars come with a "24" hour evaluation period. Once you receive your guitar from E.J.'s Guitars N' More..., you can put it through it's paces for 24 hours. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, send it back to us for a refund**. Guitars must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Customer pays return shipping/insurance charges. **A fee of $75.00 dollars will be deducted from the refund total to cover our initial packing/shipping charges. Guitar accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase. A 15% (of full purchase price) re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Customer pays return shipping/insurance charges. NOTE: Guitar pickups that have been installed, modified, or altered in ANY way CANNOT BE RETURNED. Used guitar pickups CANNOT BE RETURNED. All packages are packed, fully-insured, and shipped exclusively by UPS. Any item damaged during shipping shall be replaced as soon as possible with an exact replacement. In-stock replacement items will be shipped to customer within 48 hours of us receiving approval for replacement of the damaged item by the shipping company. If the replacement item has to be special ordered, we will order it within 24 hours of shipping company approval. In the event an item is no longer available due to product being discontinued, we will issue the customer merchandise credit for the full purchase price at E.J.'s Guitars N' More... OR a full refund at the customer's choosing.
